11 Apr Deadline of registration period
In the day 11th of April 2016, it has been six months since the date of establishing the Royal Decree 900/2015, which specifies all administrative, technical and economical conditions of self-supply plants and energy production with self-supply. This day is also a deadline of registration period for all plants that have been installed before the new decree establishment.
A few days before 11 of April, some of Spanish Autonomous Communities (Balearic Islands, Castilla La Mancha, Community of Valencia or Basque Country) together with some ecological organizations , entrepreneurial and consumer´s associations have been asked the current government for prolongation of mentioned registration period. According to them, that decision would let the owners of self-supply installation avoid being out of law with their energy productions.
